{"id":6254,"date":"2021-04-17T14:02:56","date_gmt":"2021-04-17T12:02:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wall-jump.com\/?p=6254"},"modified":"2021-04-17T14:02:57","modified_gmt":"2021-04-17T12:02:57","slug":"front-seat-gamer-dad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wall-jump.com\/de\/front-seat-gamer-dad\/","title":{"rendered":"Front Seat Gamer Dad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend Autorenkollege <em><a href=\"https:\/\/wall-jump.com\/author\/mirko\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mirko<\/a><\/em> in seinem wundervollen Artikel <em><a href=\"https:\/\/wall-jump.com\/back-seat-gamer-mum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Back Seat Gamer Mum<\/a><\/em> darlegte, wie er seiner Mutter nach Jahren der Skepsis dennoch einen tieferen Einblick in die Welt der Videospiele erm\u00f6glichen konnte, beginnt diese Anekdote mit ganz anderen Voraussetzungen. Seit ich denken kann, spielt mein Vater Videospiele. Vornehmlich die Art von Videospielen, um die ich selbst seit jeher einen weiten Bogen mache: Aufbausimulationen und Rennspiele. Das kann er (glaube ich) auch ganz gut. Problematisch wird es immer dann, wenn Genre-Grenzen verwischen und actionlastigere Elemente Einzug halten. Als Paradebeispiel kann hier <em>Grand Theft Auto 5<\/em> genannt werden, das seit einiger Zeit immer wieder auf seiner Xbox One gespielt wird. Klar, es gibt dort Autos und zahlreiche Racing-M\u00f6glichkeiten, allerdings \u00fcberwiegt der Action-Part innerhalb des Spiels sehr deutlich. Nicht zum Vorteil meines Vaters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor ein paar Wochen erz\u00e4hlte er mir am Telefon von seinen Problemen mit GTA 5. Er kam bei einer Mission, die sich wirklich fast ganz am Anfang des Spiels befindet, nicht weiter. Schie\u00dfen und Fahren gleichzeitig. Selbst f\u00fcr ge\u00fcbte Spieler, aufgrund der echt hakeligen Stick-Steuerung, kein wirkliches Vergn\u00fcgen \u2013 und eben schon gar nicht f\u00fcr meinen Vater. Es geh\u00f6rt quasi zur Tradition, dass bei einem Elternbesuch die aktuellen (elterlichen) Videospielprobleme aus der Welt geschafft werden. Bei meiner Mutter geht es dann meist um irgendwelche Endgegner in diversen Jump and Run-Titeln, bei meinem Vater um irgendwelche Actionpassagen mit Schusswaffeneinsatz. Durch die Corona-Situation stand ein zeitnaher Besuch meinerseits aber nicht an, weshalb ich ihn vertr\u00f6sten musste. Auch die fernm\u00fcndliche GTA 5-Beratung war nicht von Erfolg gekr\u00f6nt: Mein Vater war sich nicht sicher, ob er bereits Missionen mit Franklin erledigt hatte und auch von Trevor, dem dritten freischaltbaren Charakter, hatte er \u2013 so glaubte er zumindest \u2013 bislang noch nichts geh\u00f6rt. Der Storyfortschritt w\u00fcrde ihn au\u00dferdem eh nicht interessieren. Er wolle lediglich in Besitz eines kleinen Apartments und einer kleinen Garage gelangen. F\u00fcr seine beiden Lieblingsautos. Ich musste ihn dennoch vertr\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umso stolzer war er bei einem darauffolgenden Telefonat zwei Wochen sp\u00e4ter: Er war zu Geld gekommen. Knapp 75.000 Dollar hatte er mit Michael angeh\u00e4uft. Nicht durch das Abschlie\u00dfen von Missionen. Nicht durch \u00dcberf\u00e4lle auf Shops oder Geldtransporter. Nein, mein Vater hatte die vergangenen zwei Wochen Spielzeit damit verbracht, sich als ehrlicher Taxifahrer in Los Santos zu bet\u00e4tigen. 75.000 Dollar sind eine Menge Geld wenn man bedenkt, dass eine durchschnittliche Taxifahrt zwischen 150 \u2013 220 Dollar einbringt. Wie viele Spielstunden (es m\u00fcssen \u00fcber 350 Taxifahrten gewesen sein!) daf\u00fcr draufgegangen sind, m\u00f6chte ich lieber gar nicht wissen. Es wird h\u00f6chste Zeit f\u00fcr einen Elternbesuch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Der Release von Grand Theft Auto 5 liegt mittlerweile fast acht Jahre zur\u00fcck. Dennoch erfreut sich das Spiel nach wie vor immenser Beliebtheit. Urspr\u00fcnglich noch f\u00fcr die Xbox 360 und PlayStation 3 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, erscheint der Titel im Laufe des Jahres auch noch einmal f\u00fcr die PlayStation 5 und Xbox Series X.
